HTTP POST to /api/send/as4sbdh for sending Peppol messages (using prebuild SBDH)

HTTP POST to /api/validate for validating messages (auto-detect VESID like send/as4)
HTTP GET to /api/smp/participant?id=0192:helger to search a participant in the network
HTTP POST to /api/smp/register to register participants from SMP/ELMA
HTTP POST to /api/smp/unregister to unregister participants from SMP/ELMA
